When you sign up for our newsletter, fill out our forms for example to become a volunteer, intern or a Tribe fellow, answer our surveys or participate in our polls, you give us certain information voluntarily. Collected personal data types are: name, title, name of the company / organization, address, phone number, email address, webpages, language, and any additional info submitted by the data subject. We will also be taking photos and videos at our events. Notice of photography will always be displayed at the event venue.
The personal data is collected to ensure the quality and coverage of the services provided by Tribe Tampere ry. The data is used to send you information about Tribe Tampere activities and services. The photos and videos taken by our representatives in our events will be used in the marketing purposes of Tribe Tampere, Platform6 and and the Startup Ecosystem of Tampere. The data will be retained as long as related activities are valid, and after that the data will be removed from our registers accordingly. The data is collected on voluntary forms, and you can opt-out anytime by contacting: community@tribetampere.com.
Tribe Tampere Ry controls the access management of the register. Access is granted role based to Tribe Tampere Ry employees, validated community builders, and Tribe Tampere partners. The personal data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
